Slight bleeding from cracked feet is excused and does not need to be washed. There is a difference of opinion regarding the definition of "slight." The Hanafis and Malikis estimated it to be the size of a Dirham (coin) in area, while the Shafi'is and Hanbalis referred it to common practice ('urf). As for significant bleeding, it must be washed to remove the impurity, and water must be made to reach the cracks if possible.
