What is the ruling on saying "by the power of Allah and my parents" at the end of a supplication, and what are the Shariah proofs from the Qur'an and Sunnah that prohibit this?

Seeking intercession through the power of Allah is permissible because it is one of His attributes, and seeking intercession through Allah's attributes is supported by textual evidence. However, seeking intercession through one's parents is not permissible. It has already been explained that seeking intercession through the Prophet's ﷺ prestige is prohibited, so anything else is even more so.
