Is it permissible to recite Surat Al-Baqarah and the Mu'awwidhatayn and blow into water, then bathe with this water—especially washing the private parts—with the intention of reducing lust and guarding one's chastity?

Ruqyah (exorcism/healing through prayer) is prescribed by the Quran and by asking Allah Almighty through it. There is no harm in reciting the Quran over water and bathing with it; Imam Ahmad did this. However, spitting into water with the intention of seeking blessings from the spitter's saliva is forbidden and a form of shirk (polytheism). As for spitting into water after reciting the Quran with the intention of ruqyah, it is permissible, tried, and beneficial by Allah's permission. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did this. Furthermore, a Muslim must strive to protect their private parts by marrying or fasting, and by seeking help through supplication and asking Allah for chastity and well-being.
