Is it permissible to display pictures or video clips of veiled Muslim women, showing their faces and hands, for the purpose of inviting disbelievers to Islam?

Calling to Allah is one of the best acts of drawing closer to Him. A Muslim should assist his داعية (caller to Islam) brother with all the lawful means and useful ideas he can. This includes providing him with authenticated images that do not contradict Islamic law, for Allah says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety."
