How can one make up for missed prayers, given the ignorance in determining the duration of the bleeding and the duration of the orange discharge after a cesarean section?

If the discharge is mixed with blood and no purity was attained before it, and it does not exceed forty days, then the entire duration is considered nifas (post-natal bleeding), and it is not permissible to pray during it. There is no obligation to make up the missed prayers.
