To acquire religious knowledge in youth, it is recommended to:

1. Seize Youth: The best age for seeking knowledge is youth, as the mind is sharp and determination is high. What has been missed can be compensated for with diligence and effort. The Companions learned in their old age and became imams, and the age of twenty is an excellent start for seeking knowledge.

2. Reconcile Marriage and Seeking Knowledge: Marriage does not hinder seeking knowledge; rather, it can aid it by providing a suitable environment and mental comfort. It is also a tradition of the prophets and companions.

3. Strive in Seeking Knowledge: There is no limit to the hours of acquisition. The Salaf imams did not waste time on anything other than knowledge, reducing sleep and food to save time for reading and writing.

4. Be Aware of Contemporary Events: A seeker of knowledge should be aware of the events of his era and the circumstances of his society to be knowledgeable in understanding texts and reality, while being cautious of extremism in this, and focusing on understanding in religion, and avoiding religious transgressions in following news.

5. Strive for Leadership with Reliance on Allah: A seeker of knowledge should strive to acquire knowledge with the intention of becoming a leader in religion, and rely on Allah Almighty, while being cautious of daydreams not followed by action, and adhering to moderation in progress and perseverance.
