Is it permissible to return to one's wife after divorcing her twice, once with a revocable divorce and the other at her request and insistence, with a divorce certificate issued after the second divorce?

A woman who has been divorced three times cannot return to her first husband unless she marries another man in a valid marriage and he consummates the marriage with her, and then he divorces her. This is based on the hadith of Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, that the wife of Rifa'ah Al-Qurazi came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and said that Rifa'ah had divorced her with an irrevocable divorce. Then she married Abdur-Rahman ibn Az-Zubair, and he had nothing but what was like a fringe of a garment. So he said: "Do you want to return to Rifa'ah? No, not until you taste his 'usailah (honey) and he tastes your 'usailah." It is advisable to refer to the Sharia courts to examine the specifics of the case.
