Is renting bicycles for playing and enjoyment Haram (forbidden)?

Riding bicycles and motorcycles is permissible according to Sharia. The principle regarding benefits and worldly actions is permissibility and leniency, as stated in the Almighty's words: (It is He who created for you all that is in the earth), and (Say, "Who has forbidden the adornment of Allah which He has produced for His servants"), and (All good things have been made lawful for you). Based on this, renting bicycles is permissible, and it is not prohibited by the fact that some renters may commit Sharia violations, unless the lessor knows or strongly believes that the renter will misuse it and commit something forbidden. In such a case, it is not permissible to rent to that person.
