What is the explanation of the meaning of the Salaf's delegation (tafwid) concerning the Attributes, along with a comparison of that with the Ash'aris' view regarding God's Attributes of Hand and Eye?

Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah believe in the Beautiful Names of Allah and His Most High Attributes as they are ورد in the Qur'an and Sunnah, affirming their real meanings that are befitting of Allah's majesty, without distortion, denial, anthropomorphization, or likening, acting upon His (the Almighty’s) saying: [There is nothing like unto Him, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing]. They believe that the modality (kayfiyyah) of these attributes is unknown and known only to Allah, and that inquiring about it is an innovation. The essence of their methodology is to consign the modality while affirming the meaning.
