Does a divorce occur if a man says to his wife, for example, "You are divorced twice"?

Uttering the words of divorce for the purpose of narrating or studying a case, without intending to initiate a divorce, does not constitute a divorce. Therefore, the divorce did not occur by what you uttered by way of hypothesis and example.
