Is it permissible for a woman to fulfill her sexual desire with her hand if her husband does not satisfy her?

A wife must advise her husband to abandon deviant and forbidden acts. If he persists, she should seek a divorce (Talaq) or khul’ from him, and she has custody of the children due to his transgression.

If the husband repents and becomes righteous, she should demand her right to intimacy, as it is his duty to keep her chaste. A man should not rush to satisfy his desire without his wife fulfilling hers.

It is forbidden for the wife to resort to masturbation. If the husband insists on ignoring her right to intimacy, she is permitted to seek a divorce.
