"The wife is obligated to obey her husband in what is right and proper, and her obedience to him takes precedence over obedience to her parents, unless he commands her to commit a sin. The woman who leaves her husband's house without his permission and without a valid reason is considered rebellious and disobedient, and whoever helps her in that is sinful. The best solution is to send a group of righteous people to advise her and her parents; otherwise, the matter should be brought before the judiciary to rule according to what is prescribed in Islamic law.
