Does the buyer of a cultivated land receive the same reward as its original planter, which is that he has the reward of whoever eats from it until the Day of Resurrection, even though he did not do the planting himself?

Whoever plants a crop or a tree from which something is eaten will have the reward of continuous charity until the Day of Judgment, even if the planter dies or its ownership transfers to someone else. The planter will receive the reward even if they did not intend it as charity or if their action was for trade, due to the benefit it provides to people. As for whoever buys and eats the fruit, they will receive a reward for eating it.
