Is it obligatory to cut ties with someone who wears tight pajamas (trousers that are semi-tight and become tighter when sitting), even if modest clothing is dominant in gatherings?

It is permissible for a woman to wear trousers in front of other women, provided that they do not involve imitation of men, do not describe the body, and that she wears something over them that provides concealment. Those who do not adhere to these regulations should be advised gently and kindly. If she does not respond to advice and continues to violate them, it is permissible to ostracize her, while considering the Shariah-compliant interest; if it is feared that ostracizing her will increase her stubbornness, then it is better to win her over.
