There is no objection to naming a girl "Musfirah," as it is a good name meaning radiant and bright. There is also no objection to naming a girl "Maghfirah," as there is no harm in it, and its meaning is concealment and covering, especially if the naming is done with the hope that the girl will be among those who conceal themselves and protect themselves from deficiencies and flaws.
