Is it permissible to name Muslims with foreign names that have a beautiful meaning?

Naming (children) after non-Muslims is not permissible if the names are emblematic of their historical figures or religious symbols, as this indicates an inclination towards them. The good names of Muslims suffice for a Muslim. However, if they are not such names, there is no religious impediment. Indeed, the Companions used to name their children with names from the pre-Islamic era (Jahiliyyah) as long as they did not contradict religion. The names forbidden by Islamic law are those that involve servitude to other than Allah, or are exclusive to Him, the Exalted, or contain dispraise and ugliness, or self-praise. Apart from these, there is no impediment, although it is preferable to choose the best names.
