Is it permissible to marry a divorced woman who is older than me and has a daughter, and does this require a guardian and public announcement, and is consummating the marriage with her before giving zakat considered fornication?

There is no impediment to marrying a woman with an age difference or who has children, provided that her guardian or his representative gives her in marriage. Announcing the marriage (ishhar an-nikah (definition)) is recommended, not obligatory. It is permissible to forgo it after the pillars of marriage are met: the presence of the guardian or his representative, two just witnesses, a dowry, and the marriage formula. It is permissible to consummate the marriage with the woman after the legal contract, even if the marriage is not announced. However, consummation without a legal contract is fornication (zina).
