Is it sufficient to pour water only on something that has been stepped on by a shoe contaminated with urine and feces to purify it, given the strong probability that the urine has spread, unlike the feces?

If a Muslim is certain that his shoe has become impure, then the impurity does not transfer to what it touches unless one of the two contacting surfaces is wet or moist. However, if both are dry, the impurity does not transfer.

If one is certain of the transfer of impurity from the shoe to another place, then that place is purified by pouring water over it until it is covered, if the impurity is [hukmiyyah] (legal impurity) with no physical substance. But if it has a physical substance, then it is obligatory to remove its essence.

When in doubt about the impurity of the shoe or the transfer of impurity to what it touches, the default is that it has not transferred.
