Is a woman sinful if she cannot resist her desire for her husband during the day in Ramadan, and her action leads to her fast being broken?

There is no sin upon a woman who adorns herself for her husband and engages in foreplay with him during the daytime in Ramadan, as long as she and her husband are safe from falling into what is prohibited. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to kiss while fasting, and Umar ibn Al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, did likewise. However, it is better to fulfill these desires at night, because Allah has permitted enjoyment throughout the night in Ramadan, as stated in the verse: "It has been made permissible for you the night preceding the fast to go to your wives [for sexual relations]. They are clothing for you, and you are clothing for them. Allah knows that you used to deceive yourselves, so He accepted your repentance and forgave you. So now, have relations with them and seek what Allah has ordained for you, and eat and drink until the white thread of dawn becomes distinct to you from the black thread [of night]. Then complete the fast until the sunset." (Quran 2:187). The fast is not invalidated by foreplay as long as no maniyy (seminal fluid) is discharged. If maniyy is discharged, the fast is invalidated. And whoever knows that maniyy will be discharged from him due to foreplay should avoid it during the fast. As for madhy (pre-seminal fluid), it does not invalidate the fast.
