Is it permissible for a woman to refuse her husband's sexual advances during the day when he is not fasting, and his not fasting is for an illicit reason, and does the hadith: "There is no obedience to a creature in defiance of the Creator" apply to her?

It is not permissible for a wife to allow her husband intimacy during the daytime in Ramadan, even if she has an excuse for not fasting, if her husband is not fasting without a legitimate Shar'i excuse. This is because his intimacy with her is an act of disobedience, and by doing so, she assists him in sin and transgression. Allah Almighty says: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no obedience to anyone in disobedience to Allah; obedience is only in what is right and lawful."
