What is the ruling regarding a center in Palestine whose followers are called "Shadhiliyya," and who are interested in Ahmadism and Baha'ism, and claim to be from Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah?

The Shadhiliyya, Ahmadiyya, and Baha'iyya are sects deviant from the Book (Qur'an) and Sunnah. The Shadhiliyya and Ahmadiyya are two Sufi orders that exaggerate in their veneration of those in graves and commit polytheism with Allah. As for the Baha'is, they are followers of Baha' Husayn Ali and believe in his divinity. Among their beliefs are pantheism, transmigration of souls, and the crucifixion of Christ.
