Is it permissible for her widowed parents to inherit from her money and jewelry, which were with them, along with her children, after her death?

If a woman dies, her money and jewelry are inherited by her heirs. Parents and children are among the heirs, unless there is an impediment to inheritance such as slavery, murder, or difference of religion. If there is no impediment, they inherit from her, and the assets are divided among them according to Islamic law. The estate is: "Everything that the deceased leaves behind of money and established rights, absolutely." What people give her in charity becomes her property upon possession, for: "A gift and charity are owned upon possession." If she owns it, then it belongs to her heirs after her.
