Is it permissible for a Muslim woman to work as a cosmetics sales representative despite her husband's refusal?

A Muslim woman is not permitted to work outside her home except with her husband's permission, because obedience to him is obligatory upon her and is one of the reasons for her entry into Paradise, as stated in the Hadith: "Any woman who dies while her husband is pleased with her will enter Paradise." Her departure without his permission makes her disobedient (nashiz). A woman's honor and dignity lie in her home as a righteous wife and a nurturing mother. She is not permitted to work outside the home without his permission, unless there is a benefit for Muslims that no one else can provide, such as the work of a midwife when she is appointed. Accordingly, a woman is not permitted to disobey her husband if he forbids her from practicing cosmetic work if it affects his right or harms him, as this work is not an absolute necessity and others can perform it.
