Are the profits received up to 10/2015 or 6/2015 considered final profits, or are they installments on account for the Mudarabah project?

Mudarabah is a permissible contract, and the profit is distributed according to the agreement between the two parties. The loss is borne by the capital provider, not the agent, unless there was negligence on the agent's part. It is permissible to set a time limit for the Mudarabah contract. If accounts are settled every six months, then the profits the agent received before the loss are his rightful due and are not subject to further accounting. Any subsequent loss is borne by the capital provider, and the agent's right to his entitlements is not forfeited.
