Is zakat obligatory on camels and sheep that graze for part of the year and are fed for the other part?

Zakat is not obligatory on livestock unless it is pasturing, meaning it grazes for most of the year. If it is fed for half the year or more, then there is no Zakat due on it, unless it is for trade, in which case Zakat on trade becomes obligatory.
