Is admiration for a man’s personality, face, or clothing considered lust? And if fluid is discharged, is it considered mere moisture due to the absence of a sexual motive?

A woman's mere admiration for a man, his appearance, or his clothes does not incur accountability (mu'akhadha), for Allah the Almighty says: "Our Lord, do not take us to task if we forget or make a mistake," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah the Exalted has overlooked for my Ummah that which they inwardly contemplate, so long as they do not act upon it or speak of it." Accountability arises if this admiration leads to something forbidden, such as looking with lust. However, if something is discharged from a woman and she doubts whether it is madhiy (pre-seminal fluid) or something else, she may choose and assign it the ruling she wishes.
