Is working in a call center for a hospital specializing in cosmetic and dental treatments, which requires convincing patients to use the services, halal or haram? And do the profits obtained from attracting patients with clear medical reasons (such as dental implants or crowns) differ from the profits obtained from attracting patients who do not have a significant problem and want to get crowns to change the color or arrangement of their teeth? And is receiving a 2% commission from the value of a patient's treatment halal?

It is not permissible to change the creation of Allah through cosmetic dental procedures, such as crowning teeth by filing them down for the sake of beauty. However, it is permissible to crown teeth if it is for treatment, such as removing a defect or a visible flaw and restoring the tooth to its natural state.

As for installing dental veneers and decorating them with ceramic, it is permissible even if for adornment, as long as it does not involve filing down the teeth.

Promoting impermissible cosmetic procedures is forbidden. However, promoting permissible ones and charging a fee for them is allowed. Taking a commission as a percentage of the treatment cost is not valid according to the majority of jurists, but it is valid according to the Hanbalis.
