Is the director who contracts with a cosmetic surgeon to perform various cosmetic procedures (such as rhinoplasty) in the medical center he manages sinful?

Cosmetic procedures are divided into two categories: The first is to remove a defect resulting from an accident or a birth defect, which is permissible. The second is to enhance beauty and not to remove a defect, and this is forbidden, and its doer and helper are cursed, according to the Hadith: "May Allah curse the women who tattoo and those who have themselves tattooed, and the women who pluck eyebrows and those who have theirs plucked, and the women who make spaces between their teeth for beauty, altering Allah’s creation."
