Are the chin and forehead part of the 'awrah for women who uncover their faces?

A woman must cover her face to prevent temptation, for the face is the focal point of temptation. A man looks at a woman's beauty in it, and a woman causes young men to be infatuated with her. A young man may fall into what is forbidden due to a glance at her, and thus the woman shares in the sin, especially in these times when women go out with their faces uncovered after beautifying them.
