What is the ruling on doubting the validity of some prayers that were performed due to obsessive-compulsive disorder, and the consequences thereof, such as forgetting the first tashahhud or altering the adhkar of bowing?

You must improve your prayer and maintain it to compensate for what has passed, and you are not required to repeat past prayers about which you have doubts, for several reasons: 1. A person afflicted with waswas (obsessive whispering/doubts) must turn away from these waswas as much as possible. 2. Doubt after completing an act of worship is disregarded and given no attention. 3. An erring person or an ignorant person is not required to repeat their prayer, and this opinion is suitable for the person afflicted with waswas to ward off the danger of waswas.
