How can I marry my paternal uncle's daughter, who lives in Europe, while observing customs and traditions, knowing that my uncle wants her to reside in Egypt?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, recommended marrying a woman of religious commitment, as stated in the hadith (definition), "Marry the one who is religious, and you will prosper." If the aforementioned girl possesses the qualities of a righteous wife, gladdens her husband when he looks at her, obeys him when he commands, and does not contradict him concerning herself or his wealth in a way he dislikes, and her father strives for her to live in Muslim lands, then the questioner should marry her. The term "Islamic traditions" should be used instead of "Arab traditions," because Islam is the legitimate standard.
