When does my mother's iddah end, given that my father passed away on 11 Ramadan 1430?

We ask Allah for mercy and forgiveness for your father. Your pregnant mother's waiting period (iddah) ends when she gives birth to her entire load, for Allah the Almighty says: "And for those who are pregnant, their term is until they deliver their burden."
