What is the ruling on money paid by health insurance, and is one sinful for acknowledging the father as the master to avoid the son's imprisonment?

The amount paid by the insurance company due to lying and falsification must be returned to the company because it was taken unlawfully. The father is not entitled to take it as compensation for what he paid to the hospital. The questioner must repent to Allah for lying and falsifying regarding who was driving the car. He is not obliged to inform the hospital or the concerned authorities to change his previous statements if that would result in harm to him.
