Is the son held responsible and subject to legal consequences for the death of his father, who was delayed in being transferred to the intensive care unit due to waiting for the approval of the insurance company?

There is no sin upon you, nor any shortcoming in your duty towards your father - may Allah have mercy on him - for these are the decrees of Allah. Strive in supplicating for your father for forgiveness and mercy; for this is the greatest benefit to him after his death. Be the righteous child who supplicates for him, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When a person dies, all his deeds come to an end except for three: a continuous charity, knowledge from which benefit is derived, or a righteous child who supplicates for him."
