Is it permissible to program an application to advertise products on WhatsApp and Viber, knowing that the programmer is aware that the owners of these applications do not allow this and may delete his account?

It is not permissible to violate the conditions set by application owners that prohibit advertising and promotion through their applications, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." Likewise, it is not permissible to assist anyone who intends such a violation by creating programs that enable them to do so, because Allah Almighty says: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
