Is it permissible to lie in a dream to reconcile a dispute, knowing that lying in a dream is one of the major sins?

Lying in a dream is strictly forbidden, according to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Indeed, among the worst fabrications is for one to claim to have seen in a dream what he has not seen." It is not permissible to lie in a dream for the sake of reform. The liar must repent to Allah Almighty by abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it.
