Do the strange occurrences in the house—such as money disappearing, worms appearing, marital problems, and the appearance of a strange cat—indicate the presence of jinn, and what should be done about it?

There is no impediment to some Jinn stealing the wealth of humans, for among the Jinn are the righteous and the wicked. It has been confirmed that Satan stole dates of charity. It is recommended to frequently remember Allah, perform supererogatory acts of worship, stay away from sins, remove forbidden items from the house, frequently recite Surat Al-Baqarah, and close doors securely. It is not advisable to negotiate with the Jinn due to their lies and deception; rather, the matter should be treated with Ruqyah (exorcism) and by seeking refuge from the devils.
