Should the debtor have paid his debt first, especially since he performed Hajj again without the creditor's knowledge or permission?

Thank you for giving your debtor respite. We ask Allah not to deprive you of the reward for giving respite to one in hardship. Your friend performing Hajj a second time without your permission is a great mistake if the debt was due and he was capable of paying. However, if he was in hardship, he is not obliged to seek permission if someone else donated the cost of Hajj to him. We advise you to be lenient with him once more, but you are entitled to demand your right if you see that he is capable of paying.
