What is the share of each heir from the estate, given the presence of a son, two daughters, a husband, three full brothers, two full sisters, and seven sons of a full brother? Do foster siblings inherit? And do the deceased's personal belongings, such as gold jewelry and clothing, fall within the estate, or do the deceased's daughters have the right to keep them?

If the deceased leaves no heirs other than the husband, a son, and two daughters, the husband receives one-fourth due to the presence of a descendant heir. The remaining portion is distributed among the son and the two daughters by way of ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. The full sisters, full brothers, and their children receive nothing, as they are completely excluded from inheritance by the son.

The inheritance is divided into sixteen shares: four shares for the husband, six shares for the son, and three shares for each daughter.

Foster siblings receive nothing because fosterage is not a cause for inheritance. Jewelry and clothing are part of the estate and are to be divided among the heirs. The daughters are not entitled to keep any of these exclusively unless the other heirs consent.

Matters of inheritance must be referred to the Sharia courts for consideration, as there may be wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
