The answer

If the marriage contract between a man and a woman has been concluded, then privacy between them becomes permissible and lawful. Thus, there is no impediment to the wife following her husband in prayer without the presence of another person. However, a woman following a non-mahram (a man she can marry) is not permissible if no one else is with them. Al-Nawawi mentioned that his companions stated the permissibility of a man leading his wife or a mahram in prayer and being alone with her without any dislike, because he is allowed to be alone with her outside of prayer. As for his leading a non-mahram woman in prayer and being alone with her, that is forbidden. If he leads non-mahram women in prayer and is alone with them, the majority of scholars definitively stated its permissibility.
