What is the ruling on drinking "Sobia," based on research indicating the presence of a percentage of alcohol in it that increases over time?

If it is proven that the aforementioned drink contains intoxicating alcohol, then its use is forbidden, based on the words of the Messenger of Allah, Allah's peace and blessings be upon him: "Every intoxicant is unlawful... and what intoxicates in large quantities, a small quantity of it is also unlawful."
