Charity is prescribed at all times, and its reward is increased at specific times, and the time of Fajr is among the virtuous times. Supplication is a cause for divine decrees, and it is not permissible to abandon it on the pretext that decrees are predetermined; for it is one of the strongest means to achieve what is sought. Supplication benefits against what has descended and what has not descended, and it is answered in one of three ways: hastened fulfillment, or storage for the Hereafter, or averting an equivalent evil.
