How authentic are the two hadiths: "The supplication of three will not be rejected: ...one who remembers Allah frequently," and "Whoever adheres to seeking forgiveness, Allah will make for him a way out of every worry"?

The first Hadith: "Three whose supplication Allah does not reject: one who remembers Allah frequently, the oppressed, and the just ruler." Graded as hasan by Al-Albani.

The second Hadith: "Whoever adheres to seeking forgiveness, Allah will grant him a way out of every difficulty, relief from every worry, and provide for him from where he does not expect." This Hadith is among the Hadiths of virtues, and it is permissible to act upon it.
