Who was responsible for raising the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)?

The female guardians and nurturers of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, mentioned by Ibn Al-Qayyim in "Zad Al-Ma'ad" are: his mother Aminah bint Wahb, Thuwaybah, Halimah, her daughter Al-Shaymaa' (his foster sister through suckling), and Umm Ayman Barakah Al-Habashiyyah.
