Is it permissible to create a dimple in the cheek to enhance beauty, and is that considered altering Allah's creation?

If a dimple is created through surgery, it is forbidden because it involves changing Allah's creation to enhance beauty, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed those who alter Allah's creation for beauty. As for drawing it with makeup or similar means, that is not among the forbidden alterations.
