What is the ruling on creating dimples in the face?

If dimples are natural, there is no harm in them. If the intention is to draw them, it is permissible, provided that no forbidden purpose is intended, such as deceiving a suitor or appearing with them before non-mahram men. However, undergoing surgery to create them is not permissible, as it may fall under altering Allah's creation, which is forbidden.
