Adultery is one of the gravest major sins, which Allah has called an abomination. He has associated it with polytheism and the killing of a soul. Whoever commits adultery must perform sincere repentance and regret their deed, for Allah accepts the repentance of His servants and forgives all sins. It is also necessary to lower the gaze and avoid seclusion with non-mahrams.
