What is the ruling on the salary that was received in full despite an absence of 8 days (two days with the manager's knowledge and six days without his knowledge), and is it obligatory to inform the manager, with the possibility of dismissal or causing family problems, or can the value of the days of absence be donated to avoid complications, knowing that there is no official contract, the work is training, and the family is in need?

You must adhere to the terms of the contract, due to the generality of Allah's Almighty saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." Therefore, it is not permissible to take salary for days you did not attend without permission, and you must return what you took to the employer, even through indirect means, and do not donate it. If informing them of the truth will cause problems, you can return the money by any means without telling the manager the reason.
