What advice and guidance is there for someone who has been blessed with three children who all died shortly after birth, knowing that medical examinations have proven the spouses, who are first cousins, to be healthy?

We advise patience, seeking reward from Allah, and turning to Allah Almighty with sincerity and devotion to remove affliction and be granted good offspring. For after hardship comes ease, and after distress comes relief, and patience is the best of gifts. We recall the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "There are no two Muslims between whom three children die before reaching the age of discretion, except that Allah admits them and them into Paradise by His mercy." He said: "It will be said to them: 'Enter Paradise,' but they will say: 'Not until our parents enter.' So it will be said: 'Enter Paradise, you and your parents.'"
