Is it sufficient for the validity of women's congregational prayer if they see the worshippers in the courtyard through an open window, even if the visibility is limited to a small number of worshippers? And what about the condition of continuous rows when there is a courtyard separating the school and the mosque?

To avoid the difference of opinion regarding the ruling on following the Imam from outside the mosque, while windows are open and the worshippers are visible, it is conditional upon the connection of the rows. If they are not connected, the difference of opinion remains. The more cautious approach is not to follow the Imam from outside the mosque if the rows are not connected. The connection of the rows means that one row follows another, and that the rows are connected in a usual manner, without an unaccustomed distance between them.
